Amanda Waugh Lagji, PhD

Dr. Amanda Lagji is an assistant professor of English and World Literature at Pitzer College, one of the Claremont Schools. She has multiple degrees with honors in English and Philosophy from Dickinson College and a PhD in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research examines the temporality of waiting in postcolonial literature from Africa, India, and the Caribbean.
