High School Students, Middle School Students, & Gap Year
The world-renowned Great Books Summer Program gives middle school and high school students an exceptional pre-college experience on the campus of Stanford University in the Bay area of northern California.  Students will reside on the magnificent 800-acre campus with breathtaking views of the Santa Cruz mountains. Great Books provides a challenging curriculum, arts and literature electives, and social activities outside of class in a welcoming, fun, and supervised environment.
Residential, Day, and Online Programs.
Rising grades 6-8, rising grades 9-12, & gap year. Also, a day program for rising grades 4-5.

Taught by esteemed college professors and scholars. Outside of class, students are mentored and supervised by our accomplished Program Assistants who are modeling and encouraging the valuable skills of critical thinking, analytical reading, open inquiry, and self-expression.
